An accredited NLP Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and TimeLine Therapy ™, Marcus has a strong learning and development pedigree which includes the management of training departments and advising companies on the management of training departments.
A former police officer working up to the rank of Inspector, he has long been a leader and developer of people.
Recently Marcus has worked with some high profile international clients, including Hollywood actors.
Marcus is an Internationally Accredited NLP TRAINER, along with Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner, NLP Master Coach and Hypnosis Master Practitioner. Marcus holds a Diploma in Teaching along with project management qualifications. He is also a Member of the Institute for Leadership and Management and is an Accredited (with merit) Facilitator of Belbin Team Roles.

Marcus has clients all over the globe and is currently based in the North East of England. His trainings are accredited by the American Board of NLP, Time Line Therapy Association and he is a member of the UK based Association of NLP.
